You - the client - will provide true and accurate information for inclusion in the resume and cover letter;
You - the client - understand and agree that we will not confirm or attempt to verify information provided by you, and we will not be responsible for accuracy or truthfulness of information that you provide. You will hold us harmless from claims by third parties based on any inaccuracy of information in the resume and cover letter; please do not ask friends or family members for their opinion of the work because most likely they are not professional writers.
We are not responsible for the content of your documents once you have approved them; we will authorize the cost of the entire transaction on your credit card prior to your appointment on the phone or in person, and payment will be deemed "in full" as a result; your receipt would be e-mailed out to you.
Following your approval the project is considered complete. A fee will be applied the following week or month, or days later should you want something altered in your documents or if you want to have another cover letter written, for example.
